18 jan 2007 @ about midnight char hit lvl 62. Give or take 1 hour.
In numbers (speculation) this means that you would need 7M exp to advance from 60 to 70. This also means that the average cost for level would be 700k, last level cost would be 894k. Or so the math says. In the end, you'll have to get exactly as much exp (well a bit more) as the the number will be. But math can be used to envision things...
Leveling is (so far) not painful. Some of the quests are great fun (bombarding the legion's portals while airborne).
As for the guild, we're doing OK. Here's the rooster.
The stats say:
Leveling progress - 18 jan 2006 @ 00:50 (Thursday morning, CET)
1x lvl 64 (Mem)
4x lvl 63 (Krojh, Ljudbane, Mateus, Tfafalcon)
21x lvl 62
19x lvl 61
By classes:
6x warrior
5x druid
6x shammy
6x priest
8x mage
6x rogue
5x warlock
3x hunter
If we look at the rooster we can clearly see that the structure is not balanced. Each war in his own party. That creates 6 teams or 30 slots (minus 6 already taken by wars). So 3 (three) druids must also tank. This brings us to 9 teams with 36 free slots. There are 14 healers so some teams will have to do with 1 healer only, perfectly capable with the gear our guild has. The rest is DPS.
Let's presume each team only takes one healer for the moment and say we have 9 teams of tank and healer with 27 free slots... yo do the math
- to advance from 62 to 63 one needs 614400 exp (~40k more)
- to advance from 61 to 62 one needs 574700 exp (~80k more)
- to advance from 60 to 61 one needs around 490000 (200k more then from 59->60)
